Return & Exchange Policy

At Ely Lxve, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit under the conditions below.

Exchanges & Store Credit

 



  • Exchanges or store credit are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags (if applicable) must still be attached
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect



Once your item is received and inspected, you will be issued:


  • an exchange (subject to availability), or
  • store credit in the form of a digital gift card




Damaged or Incorrect Items



If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:


  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue



We will gladly assist with a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.



Additional Information



  • All sale/discounted items are final sale
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
